Wrong order, complain

I had placed an order for a petite utility jacket and a quilted jacket and instead I got a parcel from old navy with a tall xxxl shorts and an email saying my order is delivered. The box had no receipt. My order no was 15JNGMD. I already sent an email to customer service with pictures of what I received. I would really like a refund.
