wrong order and horrible customer service!!

I received the 2 mugs that i ordered from you and both are wrong. 1 has the wrong color hair and the other had 2 completely wrong names. These were meant to be Christmas presents and not only are they past Christmas but they are both wrong. one is the right color hair but had completely wrong names! The second one, the names are correct but the short hair is suppose to be red. I'm extremely disappointed and have been trying to contact someome for since Dec. 28th! I've tried emailing everyday and I've gotten no reply but I did recieve a feedback request!! Are you kidding me, then I cant even reply to the request the sent me. On top of this, I have tried to call the phone number, you are on hold forever and then they say they are no longer taking calls and to email them!! This is absolutely ridiculous!! I want my money back or my order corrected and I cant even reach anyone to fix the issue!
