Wrong oil

Got an oil change on a 2015 Volkswagen n they put the wrong oil in my car causing it to spit,sputter n smoke. I turned right around and they admitted their mistake. User's recommendation: Don’t go to valvoline because they don’t know the proper oil for your car!
