I ordered BSM for a 2012 F250, what was sent were mouldings for a 2017 F250. the site states that the mouldings for the 2012 are the same as a 2017 so that's what they send me. I cannot get anyone to call me back, on the phone for hours on end. Ford retooled the F250 and up in 2017 to make the rear doors 40 " long. the rear doors on the proceeding years were 351/4 inches long. Therefore the rear door mouldings are too long for anything under 2017, but their website states that the rear mouldings at the same size from 2005 to 2017.....Good Luck!!! No customer service, Rep hung up on me... I'm not entering another 50 words just to make your site accept my complaint. you need to uinderstand when you represent something online you need to stand behind it or at least admit there is an error. Please have the commen sence to correct your sit so that it properly represents what you are selling?
