Wrong mattress delivered

Wrong mattress delivered, promissed replacement with correct mattress to resolve their mistake, this was a sale 4/25/2020 delivered on 4/27/2020. Several attempts were made to contact Chris Ketner. He took my money and did not deliver what we agreed User's recommendation: Do not deal with Chris Ketner.
