Wrong item received – Request to return it back and receive a new one
To whom it may concern, I received the cable "1.5m hdmi till VGA med dubbla ferritkärnor för hdtv / 1080p / dvd" (beställning 3162****) for which I paid extra in case the cable wasn't functioning. After picking up my order, the cable is not working on any of my screens and thus, I would like to ask for a return ticket with which I can return back the cable and receive a new one that will be functioning.
