I ordered an Aprilaire maintenance kit and received the incorrect item, and it was also cracked. When I went to return the item it said i will only receive the original price paid just for the item for the item not the cost of shipping and I would have to pay for the return shipping. I received this RA: return reference number is: RT-131859 but no return shipping address was found anywhere on the website
