Ordered a cloche hat. Received a sun hat with trailing ribbon going down the back. Sent them a pic of what I got and what I should have gotten. They said they changed the design. Sorry for inconvenience and offered to give me $3 refund for the $30 dollars I spent. I told them they must have left off a zero. Then they said they could give me 6 dollars refund. Entirely their fault but Im supposed to pay for their mistake. Sun hat is just the opposite of cloche hat. User's recommendation: Just don’t buy from them.
