My best friend and I purchased a vaction package in February of 2010. I was the card holder so I provided all the neccessary information. The product sound amazing, 5 different seperate vacation for around $350, even though it was a timeshare. We been on a timeshare vacation before so we were well aware of the details involved and requirements. On this paticular vacation package we had a year and a half to complete the timeshare vacation and the additional vacation that follows we could plan those on our own time. In March of 2011 we began making plans for the vacation package. We called the company and told them the details of our travel and they began to make resvations for us eveything was good up to this point. Then the representive asked our age and income. My best friend was 27 at the time and I'm 26. The vacation package however required an age of 28 with a minimum income of $40, 000 a year. None of that information was ever provided to us until webegan to book the vacation. The package was sold to us under false pretenses. The company extended to package anther 6 monthsto us seeing as though my best friend would turn 28 in october, however she does not make $40, 000 a year and neither do I. I called the company to ask what can be done about the situation and the representive was not able to help me any further because it did not make sense to me that you sell products to consumers under false pretenses. So the representive had a manager call me. Sbout 10 minutes later the manager calls me and ask me how could she be of help. So I began to explain the situation to her and was interruped by her explaining the terms of the vacation. I told her I understand and those were about the last words I got in as she interruped me again. As I try to contine to explain to her all she kept doing was interrupting me. So I said to her are you even going to listen orhear me out on what I'm trying to explain to you. And her respone to me was that she knew what I was going to say so I dotn need to explain to her. I was shocked and appauled at her response. So I then said to her are you a mind reader or psychic to know what I'm going to say and that I know I called earlier and spoke to one of your reps and I know she explained to you what I told her but how could you know that information was conveyed correctly if you wont at least hear me out. Of couse in the middle of me saying that which she was still talking over me she abruptly put me on hold. About one to two minutes later she came back on and said, "Lets try this again" (i felt like a kid put on timeout). She then said what else can I help you with. I asked to speak to someone else and she told me shes the only manager there and the only person I can speak too. So I then said to her you wont even listen to anything I'm saying and her response was that I was telling her how to do her job. We went back and fourth for another minute or two. Her not letting me speak or hear me and me contiously trying to get my point across until I got frustrated and put down the phone and said this woman is "F'ing impossible. Well Barbra (that was the managers name) heard me and then hung up the phone. I have never dealt with this unprofessionalism before. Anyone who is reading this who wants to find out about this company beware. Keep your money. Dont trust anything they have to say its a scam.
