Wrong glasses issued twice

Completely dissatisfied with the service at the store locate at 2243 Bloor St W in Toronto. Misdiagnosed by the Optometrist working at this location twice. Third time prescription was issued based on my old glasses. Asked for my money back; was advised to call the head office. Would never recommend this location to anyone.
