Wrong furniture given and store manager is not responsive

I purchased over $3000 in furniture. I paid for everything in cash and was given the wrong bedroom set and the other bedroom set was missing side rails. It took over a week of calling and explaining to finally receive the correct bedroom set and the side rails. However, upon opening the dresser to one of sets I discovered the entire right side of the dresser had a long deep gash in it. I immediately reported that issue and still havent heard anything about this. User's recommendation: Do not purchase from this company.
