wrong finish on cabinets

I ordered Kraftmaid Venicia cabinets. The sample doors were ultra high gloss. The delivered cabinets are an awful lemon peel texture. So far, the company is not willing to replace the doors, drawer fronts, filler overlay, and end panels. This product was discontinued. If they could no longer make the right doors - they should never have taken an order for over $15, 000!!! SHAME ON KRAFTMAID. I have photos that I would like to upload to illustrate how bad the doors are compared to the beautiful sample.
