I was not a Pissed off Customer but that was the only place I could find to send a message.The only thing is I didn't see where my donation was corrected to read $20.00. I am elderly and my family is asking me why I donated $202. Original review posted by user Mar 30, 2020 On March 29 I wanted to donate $20.to Berkshire Helping Hands. However, when I received the email thanking me I noticed it was for $202. I would like to put the $182. over payment back into my acct. I am a 76 yr old senior and really am unable to donate $202.
