Wrong delivery

Bought a settee, Monroe style 58 inches across the back. It was in the wrong color at store, they offered to make one in the right color. I agreed, waited 8 weeks for delivery. When it was delivered, it was a 49 inch love seat. Right color, wrong merchandise. I refused it then contacted customer service. After three calls, finally found a representative who understood what the problem was, she then re-ordered the Monroe settee. Mind you, I had taken a measuring tape to the store with me. I had the perfect spot in the living room for it but it had to be the right size.The 58 inch settee would have been perfect. Finally, they called me for the second delivery. I had kept the first love seat, only to have something of a furniture piece there in the empty space, and agreed to return it when the correct one was delivered. Due to COVID, no one came by, so no one sat on it. When they arrived with the supposed correct delivery, they brought in the same style of love seat. A 49 inch love seat, not the 58 inch Monroe style settee I had ordered. Unbelievable how inept this store can be. No point in arguing with them anymore. I dont want a third love seat. Will donate the chair to a charity and never shop there again. User's recommendation: Dont trust this company when they say they will correct a problem.
