Wrong delivery without the promo item and wrong quantity of shorts

ordered from Mark Belt plus size shorts which stated 4 different colored items and if I order 2 sets there will be a promo gift watch. What arrived were 2 grey shorts only and without the promo item. been calling customer service line but has always been busy. User's recommendation: Beware of very deceiving advertising of products from Mark Belt. Lazada where is your quality assurance from your sellers???
