WRONG DELIVERY OF THE PAPER

I have been fighting with the post since june 20, 2020 regarding delivery of the paper. The never delivered but took monthly payments .. Many calls to no success. After I made a complaint to the Better Business Bureau, the paper began being delivered. I said thank you but I need it to be delivered to the front of my building because I am unable to go down stairs out to the parking lot and looking for the paper under the cars. (I am a 78 year old woman who has read the post dispatch every day for close to 50 yrs.) Someone called me and the paper began being delivered in the front and all was well. That was for about 3 to 4 days and then it revered to back in the parking lot. I am tired of the games and UNPROFESSIONAL behavior of the delivery persons and the complete lack of follow up of the paper. THEY STILL HAVE NOT ADDRESSED THE REFUND OF MONIES THEY TOOK FOR THREE MONTHS WHEN I RECEIVED NO DELIVERY . It is a shame for the company that only a complaint to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAS gets an response. SHAME ON YOU.
