I went to purchase clothing at a dept store.. went the next fay to return 40$ items but havent recieved refund do to Us bank having wrong zip code on file.... having difficulties. Its stressing me horribly.help me . Fix contact info and adress. My name is Isa Powell 4746 S. GRAND ,ST. LOUIS MO 63111 APT 2S... BLACK FEMALE .. 01/ 25/ 1978 41 YR OLD. DIASATER FIRE VICTIM
