Writing access

My writing access was also removed; without notice, warning, or response to my request to know what happened. As a result of the reomoval, I was unable to even write an internal Email to ask what happened. I could only get in touch via my personal Gmail All I got in response was a form letter and no substance response to my inquiry. When I demanded a refund, the same thing.
