Writers life charges continue after cancellation

I got this charge of 67.73 today (6/18) from Platinum Millennium. I can't get anyone on the phone from their contact number. I have tried several times. My name is Paul Steinberg and I just want the current fee to be refunded and no further fees to be charged. My email address is [protected]@yahoo.com. Please let me know if there is a way to resolve this quickly.
