I bought a custom sectional at Mathis Brothers, thinking I would get better quality with the extra money. I rarely use the couch but the few cushions I have used are extremely wrinkled. I called Mathis brothers and they said the couch was under warranty (part of why I paid extra) and the manufacturer would look at and fix. But... the Jonathan Louis representative said it was normal wear and tear. I'm reaching out to the company directly hoping they will change their mind. The cushions are embarrassing - I actually put a blanket over them to hide them. Hopefully the company will help me out.
