On sept 9 2013 was driving my 2005 jetta Tdi heard a loud knocking noise pulled car over to a dealer in Virginia Priorty VW and was told my engine would not turn over told them just had a timing belt change at Jack Metzer 11 months ago called service manager at Jack Metzer he told me my car was guaranteed for 12 Months 12,000 miles I was over by 100 plus miles.They wanted me to pay for repair Mechanic in Virgina said timing belt was not put on right engine was destroyed no return phone call from jack Metzer dealership always had my car serviced there.Thanks Jack Metzer for destroying my car
