I talked them down on a used car sale from 40,000 to 28,000 nissan 370Z. Car had few minor defects and they fixed them only 6,000 miles saphire blue touring and they put black rims on it for free! Service center is great although one service center employee sold me used tires he said were almost brand new. They were worn out in 6 months. He was fired but not from anything I said. In general they are vigorous salesmen but seem honest. The service center does a good job but I believe not knowing anything about car repair has cost me. Just an opinion not a statement of fact.
