Would rather get flowers from a grocery store

I ordered flowers to be delivered to a hospital in Columbia SC, on May 30, 2019 for my daughter in law, who had just had double hip replacement surgery. 2 Hours after ordering, I emailed Troy CS to see if my order went through seeing how I never received a confirmation email. (Later it was found in Spam). Also, It came up as Logans Florist out of NJ, rather than "Americana Florist" like their site said. They responded with " I am so sorry that you were not notified sooner about this. We contacted every florist in that area and they all required more money to do this order. Unfortunately, we would need $25 more for the arrangement. They all work with more premium flowers. We didn't want to ask you for that. You will be refunded the full amount if you do not wish to proceed. If you do still want the arrangement please call us with your credit card information again so we can process that for you. Let me know how you would like to proceed." I immediately responded with "No Thanks! I'll figure something else out". Then their response was " Your order has been cancelled and you will receive a full refund". I gave it 4 days ( 2 days being a weekend) and I emailed again, asking when I would receive my refund. They came back with " I am so sorry, there was an issue with out system. I am going to process your refund again today. Please allow 2-4 business days for this to appear on your account. Thank you in advance for your patience!" I have a feeling that they have no intentions on refunding me and now how my account info.
