We also purchased our first Tibetan from Jeannette. She was as others have said, unreliable, discourteous, evasive, and not breeding to the “standards” for Tibetans ( lord knows how she has managed to win awards at so many shows) our Tibetan was like a son to us, we loved him dearly. His feet were too small, more like a poodle than a Tibetan, and his chest was too narrow, his back too long. But he was still a dog everyone instantly loved and so very devioted to our family, even the cats! He had 2 separate surgeries to remove cancerous tumors. He developed Chronic hepatitis , storing too much copper in his liver. With good veterinary care, excellent diet, lots of love, excercise and the bonus of having a younger Tibetan joining the family when the first one was 8, he lived with us until he passed at 16 . He was still loving and happy , almost completely blind, and deaf. But he had been in the sane house his whole life and he only bumped into things 2-3 time in 3 yrs of compromised vision. We miss him dearly. His little buddy came from a different breeder and is now 10. We will be looking for a pup again soon for his companion. Tibetans are extraordinary, Regalia and Jeanette are not. I do not recommend her at all.
