I called to ask a simple question of what is the hour rate for a technician. Receptionist would not provide that information saying the technician will give you a quote. I did not want a quote for the work I wanted a simple answer to what is your hourly rate. Because the receptionist would not provide the answer tells me this company is not an ethical company to deal with at all. What they do is sent the tech out and he/she makes up whatever rate they think they can steal. I would not recommend use these people and find someone who is open and honest about their pricing.
