We have have been waiting since DEC,10,2018. When I recently called on JAN,2,2019 I was informed it could take another 8 weeks due to so many claims. What happened to our dog is covered under our policy. I know friends who have another company that cost a little more money and they got their money in less than a week. After this policy is done we will not go with ASPCA pet insurance. If you try to contact them by email on their website it does not work. I would not recommend them. The only reason the emergency vet is working with us is that we know them through a dog rescue group we work with. It is true you get what you pay for.
