Would not let me cancel a 9 day old warranty

Bought a kitchen appliance from ebay and the item never arrived. When I went to cancel the warranty it would not let me! Not only that but now you can not see what the warranty is for. If you have more than one you have no idea which is what. User's recommendation: Run, run, run far away.
