Haverty Furniture's designer only had $$$ instead of design when she sold us our bedroom suite. The door had to be removed from the hinges in order for it to fit up the stairs. We failed to see the scratches until lights were placed in the bedroom. They said we waited too long - 1 month. The adjuster looked at the furniture, needed a flash light to see the obvious hinge scratches, and left. We were then called and told they would do nothing about it. No appeal. No recheck.
