Would not accommodate need to change yearly service appointm

I scheduled a yearly burner service 6 months ago but needed to change from afternoon to morning. The best they would do for me was to give me another appointment but I would have to wait 5 months. They also would only give me an afternoon appointment. They are saving mornings for emergencies. Where is the customer service? I am only free mornings because I work afternoons. This is the accommodation I get after being a customer for 40 years. I am currently looking to switch companies. Any suggestions from other dissatisfied customers welcome. They are obviously too big and don't care if they need to lose a customer
