Would not accept a return on an undrinkable Crown Royal Bourbon aged in Mesquite

I tried to return an undrinkable bourbon-opened and one small drink. The assistant manager said he could not accept the return because it was opened. I asked" how could I find out it was undrinkable without opening it?" How can you sell stuff like this and his reply was BevMO doesn't make it! Oh, but you sell it! This is what you call *** customer service! Then the standard, "It is against State law" I spend 100's of dollars there, and they won't give me a $25 credit. No wonder Total Wines is cleaning there clock!
