We were told 5 year warranty on the material for the Simmons Manhattan sectional couch at Big lots...We exchanged for a new couch after two years of original purchase...at that time Big lots furniture manager told us ..you have five years if it happens again we could return it and pay extra money to upgrade to a completely different set...well it happened again it's been 4 years now since the second return...took it to Big lots and they now say the item was discontinued because of the material recall....it's peeling again and now the furniture manager basically said...you can buy another set but we can't return a discontinued item anymore... I won't be buying anything from biglots anymore....We spend 1,000's there a year ... we will be buying our furniture from a company that backs the product they carry in their stores!!!!
