Chrysler Roadside Assistance worthless from the multiple tow trucks that didn’t show up or call when they are going to be way late. The first truck never showed up so they had to send another truck they never used the stupid app the have so I never knew where the second truck was and after it was 20 minutes late with no updates I called and they had a driver call me that said he just received the call and 1:30 minutes had already passed since I received notice. I’m 50 years old and have been a GM guy my whole life until I purchased two Ram 2500’s for my company in the last month and they will be my last. I’ve never once had an issue with GM roadside not to mention the Ram truck needing a tow has under 300 miles. CHRYSLER ROADSIDE IS WORTHLESS BY A CHEVY THESE ARE MY FIRST RAM TRUCK AND IT WILL BE MY LAST IF THIS IS THE WORTHLESS SERVICE I GET User's recommendation: Buy a GM Product.
