Worthless Service/ Customers Beware!

So for the last 2 months I have had fraudulent long distance phone charges on my bill ! I have not had a phone(in my home) for almost 7 years, how in the world do I have long distance charges??? Call to report almost a month ago, the charges were not removed! Called today and finally got the charges removed after speaking to 4 people!!! This company is a joke !They could careless about their customers, they say it is a known issue about crossed lines, but yet they DO NOT attempt to correct it unless you call. My internet is slow most days, I have to reset it about 2 or 3 times a month, I should be getting the techs pay every time I have to do that... I was also advised today that when this happens I need to report it, WHY???? When they already know it is an issue ! Beware and screen your monthly bill for these fraudulent charges, because they will continue to charge you for services you have not subscribed to....
