Worthless Customer services
I used to have a combined paper delivery and e-subscription to the Baltimore Sun. In June, I dropped the paper delivery. I have been trying since then to have them stop delivering the paper to the end of my driveway. I can't get it done. I have spoken to their Customer Service people (they are in the Phillipines) who have tried to contact the right person to end this nuisance. Despite 6-8 attempts, the paper keeps coming. I have emailed their Customer Service site twice, and they assure me that the problem will be fixed. Nope. More papers. I have asked for the name and/or number of my delivery person, but they have not / will not / can not provide it to me. It's obvious that there is some communication failure within their system and I've gone from being critically amused at it to being infuriated. Take home message: Customer Service at the Baltimore Sunpaper sucks. Avoid at all costs.
