We ordered a sample per an ad on June 13, 2018. On June 18, 2018 we called the company and requested to cancel further charges. However, the company continue charging our credit card without our permission as follows: June 13, 18 $ 4.95 June 13, 18, $ 4.90 June 13, 18 $ 2.49 June 27,18: $89.87 June 28,18, $88.99 July 13,18, $ 4.95 July 14,18, $89.87 July 15, 18, $88.99 July 14,18, $44.97 July 15,18, $44.99 August 9,18, $89.87 August 10,18 $88.99 August 12,18 $ 4.95 =TOTAL: $648.78 On August 16, 2018, we contacted the company and after many tries and talking to different people, they agreed to only give us credit for 50% of the charges. Their argument for not refunding the entire amount they charged us was that they had no record of us calling them! We offered to return their product which were still in their original box and unopened, but they refused! No other company we have dealt with has ever refused to get their product back in its original condition and refund the charges, let alone when the product was not even ordered!. The internet sites show numerous complaints against this company for exactly the same unethical and dishonest behavior of charging customers' credit card without their authorization. Yet, they are still in business and continue with their dishonest practices.
