Worth customer care ever

My fridge was delivered without its door fixing kit. I have now been in contact with customer care for 6 weeks and I am still waiting for someone to find the spare parts and send them to us. As an architect I work with lots of different appliances brands and Ive never seen such poor customer care. They dont even reply to my emails anymore and it is so difficult to speak to someone on the phone. Considering the price of a Fisher and Paykel fridge it is absolutely scandalous.
