XcelTrip is one of the most horrible service provider companies. I booked my hotel with XcelTrip by Bitcoins payment method and the amount was also deducted. After visiting the hotel I was informed that the booking is not confirmed. After a very long conversation with customer care they ensured that my amount will be refunded. But now after one month, I havent received my amount. I think Xceltrip is a fake website.
