This is at the loveland colorado location. I have had several people tell me not to take it there first of all but did anyways. I was quoted 3 weeks and I should have the camper back. Its been 2 months and they havent even looked at it. It still has 30 campers in front of mine. I asked to speak to a manager, but he never answers the phone and doesnt call people back. The service rep said they are short handed. If I owned the company and my service manager ran my business like that he would of been fired already. You have the work so hire more people. The camper is under 5 year extended warranty that i bought through lazydays 2 yeara ago. I paid $1600 for it, but since they cant offer my camper any service I will be contacting them for my money back and will fix it myself. I will make sure to write a review on every website and try and let as many people know about this horrible location and hope I influence people not to go there.
