Worst waiting time EVER

Just awful! How can sage get away with providing such awful service! I am currently waiting and have been for 45 minutes - it is still saying I will be answered in just under half an hour! so that's a total of 1 hour 15 minutes - waiting for support. And we are premium customers paying every month for support! No other company could get away with offering diabolical service such as this. Yes - when you get thought they fix your complaint most of the time, but so they should! I have to pay for support and a lengthy telephone call just to get this - not to mention wasting my day - waiting for sage who take the money for support but obviously do not employ enough staff to deal with the demand - if you need more staff during busy periods THEN EMPLOY THEM - this is not the first time - and when we eventually get though we might be lucky to get a mere apology and a promise of more staff being trained!
