Had a 2 day shipment from California to Denver. It was off-loaded in Las Vegas, then went to Grand Junction and finally arrived at the Denver/Henderson terminal on day 4. Has now been sitting at the Denver/Henderson terminal for 6 days and it did not go out today. They are too busy to get it out for delivery. Called customer service again today, he was polite but explained that the Denver terminal was too busy to get our order out for delivery. If you can't do the job, don't accept the work. Terminal in Denver/Henderson must be run by an idiot. Do not use this company under any circumstances. It could have been walKed from California to Denver faster than these guys can get it to you.
