Worst travel experience in 20 years!!!

Lost 6 luggage on one trip, only received 3 after a week of arriving. No customer service at all, no one is answering phone calls or returning calls back. All emails are automatically replies with no answers at all!! No live chat ether!! Nothing!!! User's recommendation: Worst customer service ever.
