Worst Telco Company in Australian ***BEWARE***

This company should be investigated for their conduct. Been with this company for several years now. Takes 2 minutes to contact then if you want to buy a product. Takes +40 minutes if you are lucky to get any customer service. What does that say!!! Don't believe them when they try to apologize with statements like "I am very sorry for the inconvenience this has caused" or "I understand your frustration" or "we are working on improving waiting times" and many more condescending platitudes designed to let you think they care!! I have heard them all many times over the years, so i know they don't really care. Even wrote a nice letter to their CEO. No response. They just don't give a #$@! about their customers.
