I have never had a sofa as poor quality as this one. We bought it 3 years ago. The fabric has pilled and the cushions have totally flattened to the point the fabric sags on the cushion. This sofa looks like it is 20 years old. From the moment our swivel rocker arrived we told the store we bought it from that it didn’t sit well and was not at all like the sample. In the store. My guess is that the store sample had a higher quality of foam/cushion. Very disappointed in this high priced junk furniture. I would never buy or recommend furniture from Craftmaster.
