worst shipping experience ever!

We have ordered several paper towel rolls from www.globalindustrial.com and the ones arrived were wrong. Shape and size was incorrect, so we decided to send them back for a replacement. We contacted customer service team and they said that we had 15 days to return if we wanted to get an exchange. We immediately went to the post office and sent them back the same day we received them. About 5 days later I received a confirmation from the post office saying that package was successfully delivered. But Global Industrial claimed they did not receive anything. 12 days later they contacted me and said that they finally received the package but since 15 days already passed they were not able to replace for the correct rolls. I asked for a refund and they refused and said that they'll send the incorrect ones back to us. This is the worst shipping experience ever!
