worst service & repair policy – order# [protected]

I return my ring to fix but it's been almost one month already and no update from QP Jewellers. Customer service team confirm that the ring has been received by QP Jewellery and it will take only 10-14 working days to fix and confirm me about dispatch my order. It's more than 17 working days but I didn't hear back from them. Keep emailing but no response. The should not continue their business if they can not fulfil their commitments. Their service is not reliable at all!
