I contacted huawei service repairs for my cracked screen after the phone fell, after three days they sent a car to get the phone i had to wait almost a week to get a qoute which we had not agreed on charged me 5times more to what we agreed on, so i rejected and still had to pay a R172,5 about 4 days later they send me the wrong phone, my phone is blue its even written on the box i gave them the phone in, 2 weeks i waited and im nowhere close to where i started because right now i dont know where my real phone is.
