Worst service I’ve ever seen a company have

I have been trying to get ahold of a representative for two weeks now. I have been on hold for minutes to be sent to voicemail. I have been sent to a voicemail that was full, I have called locally with no answer, I have emailed, I have done everything I could to get ahold of a representative and it is impossible. Please contact me. (936) 718-**** User's recommendation: Customer service is not this companies priority.
