*SOLVED

My vacuum is under warranty and the battery would not hold a charge I contacted customer service and was told on numerous occasions my replacement was being shipped that was over two months ago. No one has contacted me back when I asked for supervisor. I will never buy another product from them. They are a -0 User's recommendation: Do not buy a dyson they do not honor a warranty.
