Worst Service I have ever experienced

We arrived at the centre. I called in advance and told them I would be there in 45 mins to test drive the car in question. I arrive, handed to a non English speaking car "salesman" who was so far from a salesman you could ever meet. He was completely non engaging. We didn't get offered a drink. It was *** it down with rain. We were there to test drive a car for £7k, they knew which one, it was booked in the day before. I had every intention of buying and driving away. We got literally dragged around this huge car yard (at a snails pace) pointing the keys at all these cars with it *** it down, we had a wedding to get too, we were soaked through to the bone, the guy did not speak to us ONCE, he didn't know where the car was, we were now pissed off and freezing cold and very wet. He had NO idea where the car was. Then we suggested we went in doors whilst he hunted down. He just nodded. He then came and got us, pointed at me to get in the front. No conversation. No instructions given. We said we don't know the area where do we go he said "drive turn left". There was NO petrol in the car, so we had to use our precious time for him to put petrol in the car, which was so little it didn't even turn the light out, so must have been SO low, they risked us breaking down (again, we had a wedding to go to, a little unfair). Then I asked if it was illigeal to use a phone, why is there no way of using the air flow without pressing lots of buttons on a screen if you were doing 70 miles an hour, not a single reply, not even a grunt. then we asked to use the satnav. We asked how to use it, he just lent over and pressed buttons. Still next to know communication. It was the worst service I have ever received. I then asked the question why sat nav did not speak. Did it not have any volume, I asked several times doe the satnav not speak, is there no sound, NOTHING. NO ACKNOWLEGEMENT. We were stunned. I really wanted this car, I really NEEDED the car, just needed someone to bloody sell it to me! So I'm really pissed off all I got was soaking wet, mucked around and treated like crap. I'm quite horrified that this company has won ANY awards. It certainly wasn't for customer service!
