Worst service ever experienced

This is the worst customer experience I have ever had. We had a gas leak yesterday and the technician said they would be out later in the day or first thing this morning to replace the 72 year old tank. When no one showed by 11am I started calling and escalating the issue. I spent over four hours on the phone - was promised callbacks 5 times and NO ONE called us all day. We are now scheduled for a tank replacement next Wednesday - 6 days we will be without propane which we use to heat the house (it still in the 30's here) and we cannot use our stove. And yes, we have company coming. Not one apology...I am sorry or accountability for their error. Needless to say I have called a new propane company and they are coming on Tuesday.
